Users review: Greek mythology returns Percy Jackson: Sea Monster below The Lightning Thief 2010th Rick Riordan series based on the novel puts it back on the rich mythology of mixing it with modern society, which is a type interesting.This most of the characters here are demigods / semi-gold (descendants of gods and people). But the character is Percy Jackson, a demigod, son of Poseidon. Earlier, he along with his besties Annabeth (daughter of Athena) and Grover (a satyr) stopped Lukas Lightning Thief, the destruction of Olympus. Here, Camp Half-Blood (a safe haven for demigods) threatened after THAL tree wall that protects the camp, has been poisoned. The only thing that can cure her is the Golden Fleece, which operates the Sea Monsters on the island, or what we like to call the Bermuda Triangle. The film is pretty action packed and pits our hero against the Greek monster variety. I loved the scene where the half-gold came to Colchis bull. Mechanical bull is so unusual, and this scene is hilarious. However, I felt it was the culmination of a disadvantage because all the tension that is created zip away so fast either. Characters come and go. The Sea Monsters much ensemble cast, consisting of a film former are not divine. We'll see more of Zeus (Sean Bean), Poseidon (Kevin McKidd) Hades (Steve Coogan), Persephone (Rosario Dawson) and Chiron (Pierce Brosnan). This means that most of the experienced players are (Do not forget Uma Thurman as Medusa). Instead, we depict Dionysus Stanley Tucci reliable. The gods Hermes and Chiron have deputies (Nathan Fillion, Anthony Head, respectively). The film had many scenes, including special effects. It was good, but not great. Some were stunning creatures (hippocampus was amazing and eye candy), and some looked pretty cheap and easy ("Kronos"). Under the new direction of the director, the film is faithful to the source, compared to the first film similarities books (although a bit small). But not to say that the scene is different from the book. The movie was pretty good pace and over-rides, there are plenty of laughs to enjoy. All in all, Percy Jackson: Sea Monsters is quite enjoyable film. They are no better than the first, and this is worse than the first. It is quite interesting conjecture and some nice action sequences. Rating: 6/10Final Verdict: Percy Jackson: Sea Monsters was a good sequel, which provides lots of laughs and action scenes, and acceptable acting and good effects.
