Users review: Before I continue with this review, please note that I have not read the book, but I plan to in the very near future :) Please note that I'm also (Straight) people ... not that it mattered: what can PWow I have to say about this movie. From the moment you begin the title sequence, I was hooked immediately. The scenes on set of the movie just makes me suck in this beautiful world Hazel Grace Lancaster and Augustus water. The chemistry between Shailene Woodley and Ansel Elsort is magnificent and performances are wonderful. Frankly, this is the best film I saw all year, even better than Captain America: The Winter Soldier and Godzilla, which was a huge surprise. I thought it would be more teenie love story, and boy was I wrong. I love the movie and recommend it to everyone of all ages. I'm rambling now and praise the film, so I should probably get review.The direction and cinematography are fantastic. It was not only shot felt weird or out of place. Every scene shot match and felt real. Editing was also great as a shot taken after match in the characters faces and where they are (typical good stuff film editing). Acting was probably one of the best aspects of this film. It really makes the two characters feel real and alive, and at times I forgot it was fiction and not based on a true story. Their performances are so sincere and definitely Oscar worthy in my opinion. But he knew the academy was just another teenie romance story that is not recognized at all. Hopefully I'm wrong, but that's how it usually is. This film is the first year that I gave on the 10th I do not give 10s easily, but it is nothing serious with this film right. Stimulation is perfect, wonderful actors, management, editing and film are rare and in general, this film is one of the best romantic Comedy ever hitting the ground. I recommend everyone to see this film no matter what age you are, and carry a pack of tissues as well. You need to it.10/10 |
